Access to Data For effectively exploring the abundant annotations of hES lincRNAs, we built a web site for scientists to browse, search and analyze through an interactive interface. This web site provides visualization of genomic context, expression profile, regulation and evolutionary information for hES lincRNAs. Diversified search engine offers a freely navigation. Specifically, useful tools are provided for users to navigate the transcriptome across hES cells, hES derived cells and adult tissues. Users could find lincRNAs by defined expression profiles and plot the expression profiles. 31 wild-type hES cell RNA-seq experiments, 24 hES derived cell RNA-seq experiments and 16 adult tissues RNA-seq experiments are incorporated up to now.
