After deduplicating, denoising and cleaning the data, some of the original fields were preprocessed to generate a set of derived variables for subsequent research. Specific operations can be seen in data documents.\r\nThe dataset contains a total of 3124 restaurant data, classified by catering type, including 722 Cantonese cuisine, 572 porridge noodles, 566 Sichuan cuisine, 595 Japanese cuisine, and 669 western food.
