\r\nFor effectively exploring the abundant annotations of hES lincRNAs, we built a web site for scientists to browse, search and analyze through an interactive interface. This web site provides visualization of genomic context, expression profile, regulation and evolutionary information for hES lincRNAs. Diversified search engine offers a freely navigation. Specifically, useful tools are provided for users to navigate the transcriptome across hES cells, hES derived cells and adult tissues.
