The survey was conducted simultaneously in 29 provinces. Using probability proportional sampling method, 424 counties were selected from 29 provinces. A total of 369,816 households and 1,579,314 individuals were surveyed, accounting for 1.50‰ of the country's total population. The categories of people with disabilities surveyed include: visual disability, hearing and speech disability, intellectual disability, physical disability and mental disability; Persons with two or more disabilities are classified as comprehensive disabilities.Special investigation funds for the central and local governments
